These Buyer Instructions explain how to use Vastrinaa as a shopper. Vastrinaa is a pre-loved fashion marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. Please read this page together with our Terms & Conditions, Seller Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Create an account

You must be at least 18 years old and registered on Vastrinaa to contact a seller. Keep your name, email, phone number, and location accurate. Sellers receive these details when you send an enquiry, so outdated information can delay a purchase.

2. Browse listings

Use Shop, category filters, and the location selector to find items near you or across India. Wishlist pieces you want to revisit. Listing availability can change quickly; an item may be marked sold or removed after you view it.

3. Review before you enquire

Each listing is provided by the seller and reviewed by Vastrinaa before it goes live. You remain responsible for checking:

• Photographs, including close-ups of wear, stains, or repairs
• Size, brand, colour, material, and condition notes
• Price, offer price if shown, and the listing location
• The seller profile and any details displayed on the product page

If something is unclear, ask the seller before agreeing to buy.

4. Contact the seller

On a product page, choose Contact Seller. You will be asked to confirm your account details, add an optional message, and accept these instructions and the Seller Policy. After you submit:

• Your enquiry is recorded on Vastrinaa
• WhatsApp opens with the product name, SKU, and your message
• The seller can see your name, email, and phone number

By contacting a seller you consent to this sharing of your details for that listing. Do not use Contact Seller for spam, abuse, or unrelated advertising.

5. Agree terms directly with the seller

Unless Vastrinaa is clearly listed as the seller of an item, the purchase is between you and the seller. Discuss and confirm in writing, before you pay:

• Final price and any taxes or additional charges
• Payment method and when payment is due
• Pickup, courier, or hand-delivery, including cost and timeline
• Whether the item can be tried on, altered, or returned

Vastrinaa does not hold buyer–seller payments unless we expressly say so for a specific service.

6. Pay and receive the item safely

Use traceable payment methods where possible. Avoid sharing OTPs, banking passwords, or remote-access codes. Inspect the garment on delivery or pickup and keep proof of payment and shipping. If the item is significantly different from the listing, contact the seller first, then write to us at hello@vastrinaa.com with photos and the SKU within 48 hours of receipt so we can review the case.

7. Buyer conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully, honour agreements you make, and not pressure sellers into unsafe payment or delivery arrangements. Repeated no-shows, harassment, or fraudulent enquiries may lead to account suspension.

8. What Vastrinaa does not guarantee

We provide the platform, listing review, and tools to connect you with sellers. We do not guarantee that every item is authentic, that a seller will respond, or that a private transaction will complete. Condition, authenticity, and delivery remain the seller’s responsibility unless the listing is sold by Vastrinaa.
