About Vastrinaa
Vastrinaa is a marketplace that enables individuals to buy and sell pre-loved fashion. We provide the platform and tools to list, discover, and connect; unless stated otherwise, Vastrinaa is not the seller of items listed by third-party sellers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Vastrinaa. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.
Seller responsibilities
If you list items on Vastrinaa, you agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and condition details
- Own the item or have the right to sell it
- Respond to buyer enquiries in a timely and respectful manner
- Comply with applicable laws, including those relating to consumer protection and taxation
Listings are subject to review and approval. We may remove listings that are misleading, prohibited, or inconsistent with our community standards.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before contacting a seller or completing a purchase. Any transaction terms, including payment and delivery, are agreed directly between buyer and seller unless Vastrinaa expressly states otherwise.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Vastrinaa to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
- Misrepresent the condition, brand, or ownership of an item
- Harass, abuse, or defraud other users
- Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or scrape data without permission
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Vastrinaa a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and use that content for operating and promoting the marketplace. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Fees and payments
Any fees, commissions, or payment methods will be disclosed on the platform or in separate seller agreements. Vastrinaa is not responsible for payment disputes between users unless we explicitly facilitate payment as part of a listed service.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vastrinaa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vastrinaa and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction between users.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vastrinaa from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your listings, your conduct, or your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date. Your continued use of Vastrinaa after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
